Because we took our dogs to the "doggie hotel" for Christmas--seriously its like a 5 star resort for them--we celebrated Christmas with our dogs on Sunday night so that they would have time to play with their toys before they went to the kennel on Tuesday. They loved all of their toys and spent all evening playing with them. 
Once they got back from the kennel today (the 29th) they made another beeline for them and have been playing ever since.
