From Picture to Painting....

Right after Trevor was born, you may recall that we debuted him to everyone online with this picture:

To this day, it is still my favorite picture of he and I from the hospital.

Well, my friend Melissa, who is extremely talented at painting asked if she could take the picture and re-create it as a painting for her final project for her art class at ODU. I figured sure, why not. This evening her mom dropped off the painting to us and all we can say is WOW. It is absolutely amazing and we can't wait to have it up in the new house. Like I said, the original picture is my favorite picture of Trevor and I from when we were in the hospital and to see it brought to life like this is just amazing. Thank you Melissa, you have no idea how much the painting means to us!
