Last weekend, my parents in Woodbridge, VA got 15 inches of snow dumped on them by the Nor’easter that blew through. We of course, got nothing more than a dusting in Portsmouth, but that is to be expected. Anyway, while out shoveling the driveway, my dad slipped on a patch of ice, fell and broke his kneecap. He is now 100% immobile and is on strict orders not to bend the joint and to stay off of it as much as possible. Because of that, we ended up packing everything up and heading to my parents’ house for Christmas.
Since we were surrounded by all the snow, we couldn’t resist bundling Trevor up and taking him out to enjoy the snow. We mostly pulled him around in my sled from when I was a baby (24 years old and it is still a beauty) but he did take a ride down the hill on a sled with me, Shane and Uncle Chris. Here are some pictures of our morning in the snow.
